Anyone know a good virus-free program to easily save YouTube videos?

Don't wanna have to get them from the super ultra mega hidden folders because the f***ing things don't always show up. (<systemdrive>:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5)

I use FlashGot to handle downloads on FireFox, it also works for embedded videos.

and enter the URL, viola! It even supports download accelerators and has resume support too. Plus there's a *Nab it!* or *Keep It!* button on their website which you can drag onto your favorites toolbar, so no need to even go to the site.
