If you want the best emu out there, give SSF a shot if you have a SSE2 CPU.
Otherwise all the needed plugins are bundled with Satourne, you just have to unzip them into their folders to make them appear in the plugn list
Be warned: Even with a compatible system that can run SSF, it's beta and still pretty flaky. Startup crashes are common, though I have yet to encounted a stability problem once the emulator was up and running.
