One long beep usually means there's a video card problem.

Are you sure the card is pushed in all the way? Make sures it firmly in the PCI-E slot and you here the click.

If not, then either your PSU isn't up to the task (which is unlikely by the sounds of it) or there's a bad memory bank on the card.
