In any case though, they wouldn't be saying that if they didn't actually test it out, albeit on a controversial benchmark.

The bottom line is though that sober people have tested it out and had good things to say about it. Maybe even an open-source zealot can consider trying it out.

Tries too hard to be chrome IMO. Coverflow is nice... But impractical. If you have a screen larger than 17" its just a waste of resources.

And in reality Chrome is still faster than it (let alone FF 3.1B2). A much needed upgrade, and a decent browser... But for anyone who tried chrome and didn't instantly fall in love with it, they're just wasting their time. No real threat to Firefox in its current condition.

It might be enough to convince me to switch to under OSX, if not for the lack of extensions. As for under windows I'd still stick to firefox.
