What the heck, okay. I was playing some games and it was running fine. Now I dunno what I did to change it, actually I don't think I've changed anything, but yeah, its running so slowly. I dunno sometimes it skips like huge parts of whatever is going on. Its so annoying. Like I was playing a game and then I come back the next day and now today the same game run so badly. Uhhh, anyone else have a problem like this before?

First of all, since you mentioned a one day difference, so I doubt you fragmented your hard drive that much.

That being said, you need to post more info. System specs, and your plugins (video, and any others you wish) would really help. Also, are you running these from the game CD itself or an ISO?

Turn off the "Use Frame Skipping" option. That may cause it to stutter, but I don't know what's slowing it down.

I also see you have the sound set to thread mode with a buffer of 64? Try using 8 or 11 with that mode (a little higher if the sound crackles), or use 22 or 32 with SPUasync mode. Change the simple to smooth if you use the latter.

Do you know what Video Card you have? In my experience, fullscreen mode also runs faster than windowed mode (when comparing similar resolutions, anyway).
