"run as" shortcut command

I use a super restricted account while doing homework to prevent myself from getting distracted and playing games. Unfortuneately, many programs only work right with admin priviledges. Is there a way to set up a shortcut so that it always runs as a certain username/password rather than hitting "run as..." every time?
