could you please explain how you fixed it?

The program does not do magic, and it is best to use audited roms rather than correct what you have. There are several groups responsible for auditing and in the case of disk images the redump is a good source.

In this case try to familiarize yourself with hash codes.

So, I should simply correct the files using CDmage and run the game? Just to make things clear, I'm using ePSXe 1.7.0
Usually, there is no reason to use an outdated version. Only use the current version with the native plugins, with GTE Hacks off, with 1x Overclocking and with a Real Bios.

and it usually does NOT make sense to try to fix roms / dumps / isos, etc. it's best to use reliable copies to try to fix anything. if there was no corruption of your download, your file is probably fine, even if it is not a copy with the same has code as the redump. redump is only more reliable, but not necessarily mandatory. I would avoid wasting time trying to run an old version of epsxe when the new version with native plugins is so more stable.

Is it possible that the file is corrupted? I just want to play Rockman X3 / Mega Man X3, that's it T.T
You need to learn how to make and compare hash codes. Make hash from your dump e compare with the results of the redump site. A good game for PSX is a redump image. Older system use "no-intro roms", like, Genesis, NES, etc.

Anyway, look for the hacks roms Zero Project 3.1 and Zero Project 4.0 for MMX3 (SNES). You will love it!
