RIN 1.1 Final Released

RIN 1.1 is now out of beta and is final for version 1.1. RIN as some of you know is a Gameboy/Gameboy Color emulator for the Sony PSP handheld (firmware 1.0 only).

Not sure on the changes but the betas included sound support and savestates with quick saves. I am sure there is more just didn't translate the documentation.
