Looks nice to me. If the trailer is a good indication of the final product, then I'm thinking it will look rather nice - maybe not miles beyond current-gen, but it's a little hard to judge with the video quality.

One mistake MS is possibly making is that when the xbox 360 comes out, the closest competition in terms of graphics will be their own predecessor.

A good place to start would be Live for Speed, the game that Samor has the video of. I believe S2 cost me about $41 USD, and there's plenty of online racing with it .

Also, the announcer is too annoying; I hope he can be turned off because he's actually so bad that he's ruining the game... even Striker in Burnout 3 didn't do that =P
