The Recording Industry Association of America filed suit against an 83 year old woman who died in December. Despite being given a copy of her death certificate one week earlier.

Perhaps they would make more of an example if they targeted the living instead.

Seems like things are getting way out hand. RIAA should really pay attention to who they really sue. But seriously how do they really know they are sueing little girl since the IP is the parents computer. But as for sueing dead person they really screwd up.
I don't know how court systems can take RIAA seriously these days.

Well, maybe RIAA is planning to make new kind of policy, they sue dead people when they can't say if they're quilty or not. Then they just use one of those laws that nobody knows and get money from the dead ones families, how evil...

But seriously, they could really start thinking a little...
