it keeps crashing i cannot get it to work at all.. i tried the musicmod version but it fails to load the files... how do i get it working?

What revision? This emulator is under constant development. And the emulator works fine under 7 for most revisions.

The x64 jitil revisions, all 27xx versions with a problem of "dsp junk" problem (x64 normal and all x32 are ok).

Don't know what's wrong with that versions...

x64 IL version doesn't exist. IL core was made only for x86 builds (though it can be compiled in x64 but won't work).
