Isn't the PS2 version of CV the equal of the (import) Director's Cut version of CV? In any case, the Dreamcast version wins hands down... PS2 got an average port.

As far as I am concerned CV doesn't come even close to RE2 which is way older than CV...

IMO, Code Veronica is the worst RE ever (if you take out the Gun Survivor ****s).

IMO the title of "worst RE" goes to RE3... I just hated that game (specially since I played the PC port and it was crap)...

Even though I liked all RE games I've played, I still think the original Resident Evil 1 on the Saturn/PS1 was the best. Something stays with you the first time you play it. Subsequent RE games were more action oriented than the first.

I don't know, I really think of RE2 as something that marked a hit... RE1 was great but the way RE2 was implemented (with the 2 characters stories and alternative scenarios) was superb. Plus the feeling of survival like anything else I've seen on a game of that style, specially on the alternative scenarios when your characters are pursued by that Hunter creature...

ePSXe will always look better (if the game is compatible that is )

Actually on you PC using 4x-6x AA and 16x AF makes wonder on games with pixelated 2D backgrounds like the REs or FFs...
