i've been trying to use epsxe to run resident evil games, and using the ogl2 plugin. it worked fine before. but now i have a problem. i get a big slowdown at the FMV's of capcom's logo, the main menu, character selection screen (RE1). but, the first FMV runs fine, and the game also runs fine, but i want those parts of the game not to slow. here's my pc specs and config:
