google for ISO Buster and after it is installed,run it:
Select the Drive the CD for the ISO is in n the top dropbox. If there is only one session, right-click on session 1 and hit either Extract RAW (for BIN output) or Extract User Data (for ISO output). Either image type should work with the ePSXe Run ISO command, but if you have a problem with one, try the other. I don't think you will find any PSX games with more than one session, but some will have multiple tracks.
