I've seen reports that it works fine.

all the NFS games work with x360ce afaik, but hookcom or hookdi is needed because they support Dinput too.

A new version of the wrapper will have hookcom applied by default, as a result a cleanup of the gdb will be performed to accompany this new build.

the steamworks edition of bioshock 2 does have xinput

you are turning hookmarks off with 0x0 which will turn hookcom (default enabled) off too.
