I realize that with technology, the words "good" and "cheap" rarely go well together. But I need some kind of device to record my many adventures through college, and life in general. What kind of cam corder or digital video recorder is a good option? Isn't there something called the iflip that's good? I've never had to buy something like this before, so thanks for the info; any and all help is appreciated.

Well, believe it or not, most digital cameras for just simple photo taking have video recording capabilites as well. Not as stellar as real video cameras, but much better then the cell phone ones.

My Kodak camera can record up to 2hours with a 2GB SD card and the quality ain't all that bad. It even records sound ;) And this thing cost me $100. It's regular price is $149. Yay for Boxing day sales :D

P.S.
Maybe this should go to the hardware forum or picture/video forum.
