It's a great forum (visual and community wise), though it is new they are making a website for it (ausvisage.com.au) but it's been in development for like aeons.
Anyway most of the guys on it (not many) are actually employed in various fields including: web design (to of 'em own web design/hosting companies)video game graphics Rock band etc
