How do i play a game that contains only a .bin file and a .cue file?
do i burn into a cd?

generally you dont need to burn it to a disc at all unless you are trying to conserve HD space or something. if you want to run the game via image instead of directly off the game disc you can either mount the image onto a virtual drive and configure the CDR plugin to read from it or you can use the runISO option in epsxe's GUI and load the image that way.

titus, burning an image to a CD does not necessarily mean its been pirated (read the beginning of this post), so unless its stated outright do not jump on other members like that. and even if it is, use the report button instead.

I originally owned the game, but i lent it to a friend and he broke it. According to him, these are the files he got from the disk.

still that is pirating when sharing a game for it to be made into a disc image, man cant people read the rules and understand the law.... its ok for your friend to borrow the game but it isnt ok for him to make an iso/copy of it.... im sorry you cant get support here and i do hope noone else gives support, just ask your friend for help, since he pirated it

well if that is the case then i do have to lock the thread. i know in a sense you were baited into saying it, which is something i dont condone, but once something like that is brought out i cant really ignore it.

you can probably find answers to your question via google but we cannot provide any direct assistance or instructions if you playing from an image of a game you no longer have possession of, sorry.
