Whenever I play a game. For example FFVIII.

Why do the character sprites were like PC-like graphics? I want the original ones though in the original PSOne.

Is there a setting that will make the sprites of characters the same as one in the PSone?

Anyone help because I dont like the smoothed sprites. Reply is greatly appreciated. Thx.

Fullscreen mode 800X600
------------------------
Color depth 32 bit
------------------------
psx aspect ratio= on, autodetect FPS =on
------------------------
texture quality= use driver's default textures, texture filtering= 3
------------------------
Hi-res textures= 0
------------------------
Gfx card vram= 128 Mbytes
------------------------
use FPS limit=on, use frameskipping=off, offscreen drawing= 2
------------------------
framebuffer access=0, framebuffer texture= 0
------------------------
Alpha multipass, mask bit and advance blending= all on
------------------------
scanlines, etc all off except the one of the bottom, special game fixes=on

Or maybe you mean the models. If you want it all looking just like the PSX, use PEOPs soft GPU.

Whenever my name is written, I sense it
Or maybe it has something to do with the forum search function :heh: One of the advantages of using a unique nick :thumb:
