Well, iso, cd image, bin + cue, bwt ...
Which one are the best one ?

I've heard from some people the iso's are the worst images.
Is this true ?

How do I make bin + cue images so daemon tools can read them ?

Iso and bin + cue images are copied to your hard drive. You generally run them from there. That makes them faster than running from CD. Other than that, they are exact copies of of the game. The other factor is that since they reside on your hard drive, they take up a significant amount of space, up to 634 megs. of memory. You would want to take that into consideration before using them.
