I don't know, but why would use it? I've never had speed issues using an ISO.

well considering that accessing your hd is a hell of a lot faster than accessing your cd drive, I would have thought that the speed limiter would be useful, ie non choppy mdecs,

maybe i should refrase the question.

Will it force epsxe to access an iso through daemon tools at 2x only, or does it only work while using proper cd's?

Do you get choppy MDECs with an ISO? Strange, I only get those problems with CDs... when the game's on the HD everything runs smoothly.
