Hello
I got a 480W PSU but doesn't seem like a good brand
and I wanted to know if this will be enough to keep my pc stable.

I got 2 fans in the case, 1 cdrw, 1 HD, and 1 fan that goes next to the vga card to take its heat and throw it out.

And i recently got a geforce 6800 NU AGP.
Do you guys think that my PSU wont give no trouble to the card
for the other things that I have connected?

That's one of my queries too these days.
I wanna know how many watts are required for each of the components:

DVD Rom
CD Writer
1xHDD
2xCase Fans
1 TV Capture Card
1 Modem
1 Geforce 6600
and of course mobo and processor.
Mobo and Processor of course

imo u should try always to use a decent PSU, such as TAGAN/Enermax

its well worth it !!!

wattage isnt the be-all and end all of psu's, rails are just as important, different psu co's measure wattage differently, most are "PEAK" wattage, NB. NOT able to keep sustained
