How do you choose a save file to load? I played through Chrono Trigger and have a .sav file, but something went wrong with the emulator and I had to re download it. How to I load that .sav file when I start the game again?

Try putting it into the battery folder and play with the exact same settings you had the last time you played the game and hopefully it should work for you

Nope still won't work. Would it be easier or harder to try to get a save file from gamefaqs to work? Another problem I'm having is that I tried to find out which folder had save files in it by starting a new game and saving then seeing which folder that file went into so now I'm not sure which file is which. either way nothing is loading, but there is a save file on gamefaqs that is pretty much where I left off. would I do the same thing to try to load one of those?

okay well i once got a save file off game faq's to work (after i converted it online to an nds file) but i couldnt tell you exactly how to do it you have to fiddle around with settings and things tbh i dont like nocash emulator that much cause your screwed if it crashs or anything its now very flexible. Sorry i couldnt be more help make sure you convert the file to .sav on shunyweb.net or whatever it is (google it) before
