With the latest revisions, Punch-Out is fully playable, but NTSC only at the moment.

Yes it seems to work fully. I finished the first two opponents in the Minor League and so far no hangings after a level finishes or things like that. And I also tried a completed game with Donkey Kong unlocked and Little Mac wearing an alternate outfit as the picture show.

The only thing that doesn't seem to work is the multiplayer mode since we can't connect a second Wiimote.

You need latest revision to play the game. Also PAL one got fixed recently too

It's not about those settings. It's about the patch file.

Right click on game -> Properties -> Patches tab and tick "Patch" here Works for me.

Then you're not on latest Dolphin. That's easy!

Besides losing sync with the wiimote randomly during fights, it's working pretty fine so far. Speed will improve in later revisions.

Ector included framelimiter in source of Dolphin, if you download latest rev, you'll be able to use framelimiter
