hi. ive just tried to load up psxfin and im getting a message saying the emulator failed to start because d3dx9_26.dll was not found. does anyone have this dll or know where i can get it from and place it please?

All of my emulators are on an external hdd which i use with an XP desktop and now also on my new vista laptop. i just tried to load the emulator on the laptop and it fails
