u guys kno if i can get psx to usb thingy in a store and not online. for example do they sell they at eb babbages or funcoland?????

Funcoland and EB do not carry those items, at least not here in the Sacramento area where I live. Fry's Electronics used to carry one but it has been discontinued. I'm afraid that "on line" may be your only way to get one.
