Okay Here is my Problem in full detail, I hope you can help me.

My Codes do not work, I have tried PSX emulation cheater on both plugin and normal modes. Niether work. I am using the Front Mission 3 Rom on ePSXe (Enhanced Playstation Emulator) I go to ePSXe and click File-> run ISO-> Front Mission 3 -> Play the game, but the cheats aren't activated. Further more when I click on Correct CD check it of course gives me the message that "the Game in your drive is not the one you have selected." well of course i'm using an ISO not a physical Disk. How do I correct this Problem?

Codes have to be picked/entered first, then sent/injected. Unless sent, its normal nothing happens.
Of course there's still the possibility of wrong region or codes.

I've checked the region, it's not that, but I've also been sending them to the plugin BEFORE I even start the emulator. Should I start the emulator send then run the rom?

Use PEC as your GPU plugin and start ePSXe. When in-game, try ctrl+g to start PEC.

Uncheck 'advanced settings -> Correct CD check'. Select cheats and hit 'send cheats to plugin'.

Actually you can send the codes at any time while playing the game.

Sometimes I discover a new code, so I just close PEC, add the code, start PEC while the game is still running. Send the cheats, and it'll apply into the game.

That was what I said. Either codes were not being sent wether in advance or during emulation or that region requires different codes.

Whole new set of problems now, after I choose the Cheat plugin thing it comes up with the error that i " Have not chose a GPU plugin, Press ok to select a plugin in the [PEC] Configurator." I press okay and it gives me a blank list. .... what am I doing wrong here. and is there anyway to fix this or another free emulator/cheat program?

oh and when i test the pulgin it just comes up with a box saying "UNK value" that's it oh and "OK"

Testing the Soft video plugin just returns working properly.

Here's my settings

Plugin: P.E.Op.S. Soft Driver 1.1.18
Author: Pete Bernert and the P.E.Op.S. team

Resolution/Color:
- 640x480 Fullscreen - [16 Bit]
Stretch mode: 1
Dither mode: 0

Framerate:
- FPS limit: on
- Frame skipping: off
- FPS limit: Auto

Misc:
- Scanlines: standard
- Game fixes: off [00000000]

There's always Artmoney to save the day. It has settings for emulator memory ranges so injection wouldnt be about similar.

It's supposed to say that the plugin is working correctly. (Actually just tested this myself).

No good ePSXe Won't even play now, since I can't select another GPU plugin. All I have is PEC, so I have to get this working.

Yeah the problem lies solely in getting PEC to be recognized or function as a GPU plugin.

But I might be understanding you wrong, so correct me if I'm wrong.

Right now you have PEC and the SOFT Video Plugin only right? That's why your GPU Plugin list is blank then. Do you have any other GPU Plugins? Like Pete's OpenGL2 2.9 in the plugin folder?

when I run ePSXe I got to Config->Video-> and what comes up is a box with

Select/config Main video Plugin

This has a dropdown list that only has (now) Playstation Emulation Cheater 2.5 and the test, config and about buttons

Below that is a small section entitled "config soft Video Plugin", no Dropdown box here, just Test, config and about. The box that's empty is after I have tried running the ISO and it comes up with the error about not choosing a GPU plugin.

Running PEC as the main and when the error comes up using petes fixed the problem. Thank you SO SO very much.
