Can anyone please write 2 summary's in this thread if it's not against the faq rules. If it's not forbidden. One of how to get the most speed and one to make it most compatible.

That would be pretty useless because there is not much you can do to affect speed/compatibility. You can enable/disable the recompiler or use different plugins. Bositman´s PCSX2 Configuration Guide (TM) contains all Information you need.

if i make no cross on disable recompiler then my emulator stops working on 208 frame: and my cpu: is always 99% and if i tick the field disable r... on then the emulator works

As it is said in the configuration guide recompiler is less compatible than interpreter so it wont work as good
