I have a pstwo and basically want to transfer saves from the ps2 or ps1 memory card onto the pc. the X-Port and Sharkport only support earlier models, how else could I achieve this?

Would the 'backed up' ps2/ps1 save files created by this:

be compatible in ePSXe? or could they be converted?
