PSEMU Pro was discontinued because of one beta tester who leaked a beta on the net.
But think about this: what would it be looking like if it had been continued?
My answer: INCREDIBLE!(that's what I think)
VGS has been bought by Sony. Connectix will stop supporting it in June. VGS had hinted about another update for VGS but nothing ever came of it.
PSEMU PRO was, as was said, destroyed by a beta tester who took it upon himself to leak the beta before the PSEMU team was ready to have it released. The sad part is that this beta tester was a personal friend of theirs and they thoght they could trust him. When he betrayed that trust, it so disgusted and hurt them that they dropped PSEMU PRO for good. But thanks to their pioneering the use of the plugin system and permission being asked for and given to use it, we have great emulators like ePSXe and Adripsx today. But, it was a very sad way fo PSEMU PRO to end up.
I just had one of the greatest laughs in a looong time, from something that happened on IRC. It was so great, I thought I had to share it. It started out with this guy talking about the "PS2 Emu" called Melter. Doing a quick search on google, people first started talking about this emu last...
Perhaps this pertains more to ePSXe, but maybe it is w/my sound card, so I am posting this here. I did a fresh, clean, reinstall of Win 98 last night. I tested ePSXe w/it and it worked fine, except for the sound. I was playing Gauntlet Legends (my favorite) and the SFX were missing or only...
I wonder which gaming console will be emulated perfectly first, where the emulator matches the compatibility of the original gaming machine? Assuming the hardware requirements are met, are some of the emus under development now headed for perfection? Epsxe? Nemu64? Too hard to predict?
Hello. I was wondering whether console lightgun emulation is possible. I mean using an actual console lightgun, perhaps with a usb controller adapter.
I don't have a lightgun but I do have a psx-pc controller adapter, and it seems to support only joysticks and gamepads. Does a new adapter...
