I compiled a windows version of pcsxr with some patches to the memory card fuctions for those that don't know how to compile pcsxr in windows. The memory card fixes are for the HLE-Bios.
*Fixes these games not booting up when there is an empty memory card.
*Blaster Master
*Capcom VS SNK Pro
*Chrono Trigger
*Crash Bash
*Dark Stalker 3
*Dino Criss 2
*Fatal Fury Wild Ambition
*Gundam Battle Assualt 2
*Legacy Of Kain Soul Reaver
*Legend Of Dragoon
*Syphon Filter 2
*Syphon Filter 3
*Xmen Mutant Academy
*And probably others i don't know about
*Fixes Memory Card Loading and Saving in
*Fear Effect
*Gaunlet Legends
*Legend of Kain Blood Omen
*Parasite
*Parasite 2
*Rayman 2
*Rayman Rush
*And probably others i don't know about
BTW : If any one has Final Fantasy Tactics can you let me know if the saving and loading works with this pcsxr-version?
