PS2 Fast Disk & Smooth Texture Mapping

not likely, without a zbuffer, perfect texture mapping is nigh impossible.

Will there be improvement if i use PCSX2 for FF IX? Or is it possible?

Impossible.

PCSX2 doesnt do that whole backwards compatibility thing like a real PS2 does. its an emulator that is restricted to and only restriced to PS2 games, nothing else. so like masta.g said, its impossible for the most part.
