So easy, yet it took me all this time to figure it out. :(

In Pete's Plugin, enable "Special Game Fixes", and in the submenu check "Use PC FPS Calculation". That's it, FM3 will run at the correct speed.

Also, notice that you need to enable "Accurate CD-ROM Timing" for this game to run.

Well i think anyone knows that trick within Pete's plugins.
This doesn't solves all the problems, still the game is speeding up, slowing down all the time.
This wouldn't be so problematic if the music doesn't do the same :(
In fact, the biggest speedup occurs in "intermissions" where the music goes crazy.
May have something to do with gpu plugin timing ?
Also the MDECs are badly tickling, can't figure out why ...

I use impact plugin...

I use the Opengl Impact plugin for Front mission 3 and it seems to work fine...

I thought it was a bit boring so i didn't really play very long..
I returned it to my friend a week after i borrowed it...

Why don't u guys try the Impact plugin?
Maybe it works for you. :)
(Don't underestimate the power of old plugins heh heh...)

Hmmm...

Well... It worked for me....

Sorry to get you hopes up haha :)

I think I remember setting it as NTSC and setting the fps max to 30 or something...
Forgot the other settings though.

I'll try to test the game again with the plugin if i ever get it back from my friend.
