What GPU plugins have you downloaded?

Go here and download "Pete's Windows PSX GPUs" and unpack them to the plugins directory (you will get 3 .dlls).
After that run ePSXe and choose Pete's D3D DX6 GPU plugin in the Video config.

Could you post a screenshot of your plugins directory?

You don't need a camera to take a shot. Just press PrtScr on your keyboard and paste the image onto your favorite image editing program.

Btw: If the question about screenshot was directed to me I meant the location of the plugins.
