Problems with Alone in The Dark 2 + Lewpy's...

Well, I have some problems with this game, at the beginning of the game, after u begin the game the screen turns red,green,white (just like when some mdecs starts) and it stays in that way and the sound still working, and with Pete's D3D PLug In the Ingame-Animations are TOO SLOW! any ideas?
