I've been searching around for the past two days trying to get my rom to work efficiently. Please don't be sarcastic if I missed something simple?

Okay, I know pressing F4 changes the frame rate setting, but is doesn't seem the effect anything on the world map. Before hand, I had a problem with it lagging so bad on the world map is was unplayable, so I switched my sound plugin to Eternal SPU. I think I had some ePSXe SPU before. But now it goes so fast on the world map it's a bother. Which wouldn't be so bad except for the fact the random battles I run into on the World map are ALSO speed up to no end. Is there any way to fix this? Any suggestions would be nice. Thanks! :D

Here's the stats on my plugins

BTW, I did the thing the Troubleshoot FAQ and that helped slow it down, but know the whole 'speeding it up when you don't want to listened to huge annoying monologue' thing won't work.
