Problem with profiles if I set any games

Hello,
Congratulations and thanks for x360ce.
When I create a profile for each game, the settings do not change when selecting one or the other in the combobox, only sometimes. In addition and what is worse, if I have any game profile besides the native x360ce, the x axis of the direction produces erratic movements. The graph can be seen as it does not have a linear movement, but rather steps.

did you set the parameters to default ?

No. I just adjust some assignments and the anti dead zone

So it goes well. If I add a profile for gta it gives me the problem.

Any solution? Someone who is experiencing the same thing, can I help with information and tests to solve it in future versions?
