Just stickies are not so really look like stickies. We should make some addition in system. Something like: "You can't post here! Read stickies before posting" Would be quite good

Problem is just like with the rules, newbies don't want to take the time to read anything including faqs, and just post. This and many other common problems and solutions are directly explained in the faq in a sticky at the top of this forum as well as the Dolphin/Googlecode website...
