Problem with Megaman X5 NEED HELP!

Hi, uhmm i installed megaman x5 from the cd onto my computer and when i try to run the game it is in super fast motion. I turned the gamespeed to low and it didnt do a thing. Can anyone help me? oO

Enable both fps limit and autodetect.
