Problem with games playing in fast forward.

Hey, I just downloaded ePSXe yesterday, and downloaded an ISO for Final Fantasy Tactics. The only problem is that when I run the game, it runs 4-5 times normal speed, both the video and the audio. I didn't see anything about this in any trouble-shooting, so I thought I'd ask here. I thought it might be something wrong with the game file, so I downloaded and different ISO for teh game, and still had the same problem. I also tried PSXeven, and it did the exact same thing.

Anyone know how to fix this? Help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, a little extra info here. I have version 1.7.0. I tried hitting f4 to turn the frame rate limiting on, and the box came up in the top right corner saying it was now on, but the game continues to play way too quickly.
