first of all i'm sorry for my english because i'm italian.

I've a problem with FF8 in deling city...CD1:

when Rinoa's father finish to explain the plan to kille edea i lose the control of squall and i can't do anything.....the game seems to freeze.why?

i tried a lot o plugins but the problem remain

i play the game iso

Have you tried using P.E.Op.S. CD plugin+PPF patch or patching/reripping the ISO (if you use one)?

umh......i use the epsxe plugin for WNT/W2K becouse with P.E.Op.S. the game doesn't start

wich version o plugin cai i use?and were can i find the PPF patch

wath's "patching/reripping the ISO" ??? how can i find a guide?

looking at the save in memory card rinoa has this name(look the attachment)

how can i change her name?

maybe you should try running it from the CD and see what happens...

you can see an ENABLE LOGS in one of the menus. click 'round and you should find it. after that, run the game and go to the problem area. once the problem occurs, press escape, and see what is written on the command prompt.

i don't know why rinoa changes her name a lot of time :laugh:
