what do you do with msvcr71.dll i put where all my other dll are and still get an error message accept it is all in capitol like this MSVCR71.dll

then it means you have openmg 5.0 installed, and ppsspp requires openmg 4.7 or lower.

I have the at3tool.exe and msvcr71.dll extracted (after two days of fiddling, thanks to extremely vague help topics about this), and I put them in a At3tool folder in my PPSSPP main folder.

But it doesn't add the music. Am I missing something?

If it helps, I'm trying to run Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep (which will run with music in JPCSP, which only at 1-5FPS at most for some reason) on the 32-Bit PPSSPP version.

I was also told by a YouTube guide to only ever download PPSSPP 32-Bit for functionality reasons, but I can't vouch for the credibility on this.

The at3tool.exe is not needed anymore in latest PPSSPP releases.

The at3plusdecoder.dll is the decoder that will give you sound in games and you download that .dll within the same emulator.
