I read Jalek post at 18-07-2001 03:13 PM that the pal version of Wip3out requirs some kind of PPF patch for Pete`s ASPI 1.6 to work at all.
Where do i find PPF patches to download?

I suppose the PPF patces are illegal even i own the game itself. But anyway i can still play it on my PSX.
