Like screenshots thread but videos. To show what 0.8 can really do. Note, recorded video speed is halved or less because i decided to use external program to record video because i didnt like the internal one. Keep in mind resolution was lowered from 1024x768 to 640x480 to save download size and encoding time. This resulted in blur vision, as well the audio is super low... but its there.

Machine Spec
Intel 2.40GHz
512MB
nVidia GeForce 6600GT AGP

PCSX2 Configuration
PCSX2 0.8
VUrec enabled, no console
USA v01.60 [07-02-2002] Console
GSdx9 [SSE2] 0.7 - PS3.0 (Artificial Fullscreen, real fullscreen has bug)
P.E.O.P.S SPU 1.2
PADwinKeyb Driver 0.9
CDVDnull Driver 0.6
DEV9null driver 0.3
USBnull Driver 0.4
FWnull Driver 0.4

Will provide more game videos when... I get em working. And expect those videos to be much smaller and higher quality.

Metal Slug 4 Jap
decided to try using the internal renderer which seems to have artificially sped the video to full speed. encoded in Xvid.

I will also try devil may cry 1 and marvel vs capcom 2 when i get the ntsc versions to work with patches. gonna also see what other games i can get working. As well im having a power supply issue currently which is slowing my system down alot making emulation slower.

Try RapidShare--its free file hosting up to 30MB with google ads. Much better than splitting it up into parted files.
Hehehe your right why didnt i think of that. Anyhow to selebrate a great idea I present to you Marvel vs. Capcom 2 NTSC! 1024x768. This game looks about 90-100% in the emulator. The speed though is about 10% or less. The video im posting has been highly compressed so you see alot of artifacts. Let me assure you none of these appear in game (except textures seperatation, barely noticiable). :thumb:

PS: my comp has been going slow lately so im sure i could get gamespeed up to 50% if i really tried. also if anyone know better settings for Xvid (smaller file, greater quality) please post. stay tuned for some more advanced games.

Hey, I think you have select the wrong option :eyemove: (as I did at first :innocent: )
to save a video don't change or tick any config in GSdx9, you only press "insert" botton in your keyboard while PCSX2 is running, and then select the codec and the directory to save the .avi file. (sometimes you have to press the botton a lot of times until the "save video file" option appears ;) )

Ok,I've already uploaded my First Video
Final Fantasy X (German)
From Begin to Intro then crash.
There are many blank screnns during Loading, you have only to wait then will you see the resaults.
Maybe you have to pause in Intro cos the subtitle displays only less than 1 second :D
PCSX2 0.8.1 (SSE2), +Recomplier +GSDX9 0.8+PS 1.4+P.E.Op.S SPU2
I've got 40 FPS at Menu and 9FPS during the intro
