pokemon platinum: save data could not be accessed?

Someone help please!!! I've been trying to get Pokemon Platinum to work and i finally (kinda) got it to almost work! When I try to play Platinum, it would say:

The save data could not be accessed.

Please turn the power off and reinsert the DS Game Card.

Someone please help because i don't want to go through more trouble when I get download the Pokemon HeartGold rom.

1) Read the FAQ.
2) HeartGold doesn't run smoothly on No$, no matter what configuration you use.
3) Read the rules regarding downloading games/piracy.
