Yeah, downloaded early. I'm highly skeptical of the average user who can't even get a game working to have dumped it themselves within the first few days of a games life.

Also, even if people have access to the ROM, whether legally or through the scene, writing a hack like the evolution editor takes time, even if it's only taking the old one and replacing the offsets.
