I recently changed some plugins to get certain games to work.

But now several other games have messed up graphics and slow sound and such.
I have written my own program that acts as a link between my frontend (mamewah) and epsxe. It first loads the correct image into alcohol120% and than starts my emulator wich loads the image from cd. (I have found using loaded cd-images more compatible than renaming every image-extention to "iso" and hope for the best)

Is there any way to select the plugin with commandline parameters,
or maybe I can set some values in the registry or in an ini-file somewhere before I start epsxe?

Otherwise I will need to install multiple instances of epsxe, each with other plugins.

Plugins and their configs are set in the registry IIRC. Take a look there.

That's where ePSXe's plugin configurations are stored.
