im wondering which plugin is newer a plugin createt on 17th dezember at 0.13 o clock or a plugin that is created at the same day at 22.00 o clock

i had thought at 0.01 o clock is the next day but im not sure? that means i know of course that normaly 0.01 is a new day but i dont know what a computer shows then?

Did you look at the dll version in the file properties?

The file with "December 17th 22.00 o´clock" is obviously newer than the file with "December 17th 0.13 o´clock". (iam voting this as the most ingenious thread in the year 2004)
