Plugin - Mouse - Please read :)

After countless hours of searching for any plugin, and testing every known emulator out there, I have hit a brick wall. What I am trying to do is make my standard mouse work as a Playstation Mouse. The PS mouse was not a very popular accesory in the day, but for the games that supported it, it was AWESOME. For those that do not know what I am talking about, heres a quick link for it http://www.estarland.com/product23441.html I would like my standard mouse to be used as if it were the PS Mouse. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Under CONFIG--->GAMEPAD--->PAD 1, you can actually use the Mouse by selecting the drop-box on the upper-right hand corner.

I haven tested this function, so I cannot be sure whether this is possible.
