Last thing i know , PCSXE2 Doesn't run IMG and Epsxe Runs IMG . Dolphin Doesn't run img... later Emulators I don't run just yet

3 things:

1.) ePSXeCutor is a frontend. ePSXe is the emulator.

2.) To answer your queston, yes. Use a CD plugin like Mooby's. Either that or mount it into a virtual drive like Daemon Tools.
